AFTER CANCELLATION
What Adobe says happens next
Paid apps and services continue until the end of the current billing period, while the Adobe account remains active with free membership benefits.
Adobe says most plans receive a full refund when cancelled within 14 days of the initial purchase; eligibility depends on timing and subscription type.
Each Adobe plan must be cancelled separately. Cancelling one does not cancel another active plan.
WATCH FOR THIS
Read the displayed details before confirming
Adobe’s current page does not provide one universal cancellation-fee amount. This guide therefore does not invent one: review the terms and any amount Adobe displays for your exact plan.
Adobe says cancellation is unavailable while a payment is processing or has a problem; wait 24 hours and try again.
A plan bought through Apple, Google, Microsoft, or another provider follows that provider’s cancellation process rather than Adobe’s direct path.
Adobe says plans can be changed or upgraded, but its cancellation page does not state one universal retention offer. Treat only the terms shown in your account as applicable.
KEEP THE EVIDENCE
Turn the renewal date into an action plan.
Use the terms and dates shown in your own account. Both Abonvero tools run in your browser and do not submit a cancellation.
