CURRENT PATH

Do it in the account that bills you.

Interfaces and terms can change. Confirm every label, date, amount, and outcome in the current official account before acting.

  1. Open Netflix’s Manage your membership page and sign in if asked.
  2. Choose Cancel.
  3. Under Cancel, choose Finish Cancellation and retain the confirmation email.

AFTER CANCELLATION

What Netflix says happens next

  • Netflix says it will not charge the account again unless someone restarts it.
  • If paid time remains, viewing continues until the account closes at the end of that billing period.
  • If the cancel option is absent, the account page should identify the payment partner that must handle cancellation.

WATCH FOR THIS

Prevent an unwanted restart

  • Netflix recommends changing the account password after cancellation and selecting Sign out of all devices so another signed-in household device cannot restart the membership without permission.
  • Signing out or deleting the Netflix app does not cancel the membership.
  • Netflix currently describes Pause for 1 Month for eligible accounts, but pausing is not cancellation: billing resumes after the pause unless you cancel.

KEEP THE EVIDENCE

Turn the renewal date into an action plan.

Use the terms and dates shown in your own account. Both Abonvero tools run in your browser and do not submit a cancellation.
